Post-Journey Integration

They say a plant medicine journey is 3 times experienced – when dreamed of, when lived, and when remembered. Post-journey integration sessions are held 1-2 weeks apart from one another, and are designed to help you process and integrate your journey experience. This offering includes 3 x 1 hr integration sessions. These can be incredibly useful for helping you talk through any details that might be a little blurry for you, as well as exploring any topics that have been highlighted for you with a safe, trusted and trauma-informed person.
